Terms of Service

By engaging Pending™, the Client acknowledges that the term "deliverable" refers to an outcome that may or may not materialise, at a time that has not been specified.

Scope

Pending™ provides professional inactivity services. Nothing in these terms implies that work will be produced.

Liability

Pending™ accepts no liability for outcomes not produced. As all outcomes fall within this category, liability is limited to zero.

Payment

Invoices are due immediately. The absence of deliverables does not constitute grounds for non-payment.

Disputes

Both parties agree to informal resolution. Pending™ will circle back on this. "Reasonable" is not defined in this agreement.

Revisions

Unlimited. Revisions of nothing remain nothing.
